Questions

What hospitals ask us

How long does implementation take?

A single clinic can usually be live within a day. A hospital with data migration, staff training and website setup typically takes one to two weeks.

Can we import our existing patient records?

Yes. We support structured CSV imports and guided migration for patient demographics, doctors, departments, services and opening balances.

Do you support Myanmar and English?

Yes. The platform and hospital websites support Myanmar and English content, including Myanmar font rendering.

What hardware do we need for NFC patient cards?

A standard PVC card printer and an NFC reader. We provide card templates, encoding guidance and a compatibility checklist.

Can patients use a QR code instead of a card?

Yes. Every patient can receive a QR code as well as an NFC card, so a lost card never blocks access.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle and never remove access to existing patient data.
